Welcome to the University of Oregon! We’re so excited to welcome you home to Eugene. IntroDUCKtion is about helping you understand what it means to be a Duck both inside and outside of the classroom. We’ll share tips for student success, help you understand what it takes to earn your degree, and introduce you to programs, resources, and departments that are here to help. We’ll also teach you about some traditions at the UO and how to navigate life as a Duck!

3:30–4:15 p.m. | Your Story, Our Story All Ducks have a story that tells us who they are. Share your story, and learn about resilience and the places on campus to find a home away from home. | |
4:15–5:15 p.m. | Get Explicit During Get Explicit, you will hear from current Ducks with Prevention Services about consent, sexual wellness, and being an effective bystander. |

11:15 a.m.–12:45 p.m. | Lunch on your own Use the Duck Bucks card you received to explore campus eateries. If you have a pre-approved UO ID Card photo, this is a great opportunity to pick up your card. 2:30–3:00 p.m. | Academic Engagement Interest Sessions These presentations run concurrently with Advisor Connect. Depending on your interests and circumstances, you can learn more about study abroad opportunities, disability accommodations, and the many ways the UO supports career preparation. | |
