If you missed your required Get Explicit session, you will receive an email from Prevention Services sent to your UO email address with instructions about how to satisfy your requirement.

- Welcome Session: We’ll review what’s in your welcome kits, discuss what’s happening before classes start, and begin to familiarize you with what your first-year experience will be like.
- Summer IntroDUCKtion Requirements: Catch up on your reflections of the ten Faculty Perspectives and eight Interest Sessions if you haven’t already completed them. Find the sessions on the Oregon Welcome YouTube channel and complete your reflections.
- “Next Steps” Items: Review the list of “Next Steps”. Some of the items will impact your ability to register for classes in the future so make a plan to finish them ASAP.
- #YouOregon Success Series: Academic success is about more than just "smarts"; in fact, there is a whole range of factors that contribute to your success at UO. The #YouOregon Success Series holds Q&As with campus experts--from counselors to career coaches--to explore how the different parts of your UO experience contribute to your success.
